Yes, they spell it “whisky,” which makes sense when you realize this is a Scotch-inspired, small-batch American single malt, made with 100% malted whiskey, as the Scotch do, but aged in charred new American oak barrels, as Bourbon-makers do. The nose and palate are oak forward, with a core of toffee and caramel and a long, creamy finish accented with hot cinnamon.
