Our experienced distilling team carefully monitors and balances the profile of our Bourbon every step of the way, placing the whiskey in lightly charred American oak barrels. Full of flavor and complexity, we bottle this bourbon at 86 proof in our distillery with the purest mountain water, making it terrific whiskey served neat or mixed in your favorite classic cocktails.
