This cold brew coffee cocktail is great as an after dinner drink with friends!
This drink is built in the glass and is super quick and easy, see below the cocktail instrucitons for the simple syrup recipe!
In a glass combine:
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 4 oz cold brew coffee, we get ours from The Daily Rise, a local coffee joint that roasts their own beans!
- 3/4 oz raspberry infused simple syrup
- 1/2 dropper of Coffee & Cacao bitters
Stir without ice, then add a large ice cube and stir gently again. Garnish with a skewer of fresh raspberries
Raspberry infused simple syrup:
In a sauce pan combine 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup water, and 1 cup of raspberries. Simmer on low (don’t let it burn!) for 15 min. Let cool, strain into the pour spout container of your choice. Refrigerate after use, will last 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
